Steps (mandatory):

URGENT REPAIRS

Urgent repairs are issues that pose a serious risk to health, safety. Examples include:

● Burst water service or major leak
● Blocked or broken toilet
● Gas leak or dangerous electrical fault
● Serious roof leak, storm or fire damage
● Flooding or severe water penetration
● Essential service failures (hot water, cooking, heating, electricity, gas, water)
● Security or safety failures (broken locks, smoke alarms not working, unsafe stairs)
● Mould, damp or pests caused by structural issues


HOW TO REPORT URGENT REPAIRS?

● Contact your Portfolio Manager directly first.
● If unreachable, email maintenance@austrumphosting.com.au immediately (include address, issue summary, photos/video, and your best contact number).
