If you experience an urgent repair or immediate emergency during the closure period, please follow the instructions below:
What is considered urgent?
Situations that may pose a risk to safety or cause serious damage, including but not limited to:
•No water, electricity, or gas supply
•Flooding, burst pipes, or major water leaks
•Fire, smoke damage, or gas leaks
•Security issues such as a break-in or damaged entry locks
•Dangerous structural issues
•Essential appliance failures (if affecting health/safety)
